Any discrepancies and damaged goods on receipt of delivery must be reported to our office within 24hours of your delivery being made. When checking a delivery please also check the best before dates on the products, to ensure that they are within the quota agreed between yourselves and Dukeshill ham Company.
If at any point you have any quality issues with our products please do not hesitate in letting us know. All of our products have batch codes so please quote these when flagging your issue.
Where possible and relevant please include photographs of the product in question. This is so we can fully investigate the issue.
