Sausages are always best if they are cooked slowly and gently, ensuring that they are cooked through as they develop a lovely golden colour. We recommend never pricking your sausages, as this just lets the tasty juices escape. Well made sausages, properly cooked, won't split, burst or explode!
Remove all packaging.
To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Place product under grill, cook for 18-20 minutes turning frequently.
To Fry: heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat for 22-24 minutes, turning frequently. Rest for 1 minute prior to serving, check that product is hot before serving. There should be no pink meat remaining.
