Due to the short shelf life of certain products, some items can only be despatched on limited days of the week. This restriction will be reflected in the availablilty of delivery days when you go to the Checkout. If you find that the list of available delivery days is too restrictive, the products that may be causing the restriction should be identifiable in the Order Summary to the right of the screen. You may wish to remove such items from your order and order them separately in order to achieve the most convenient delivery arrangements.
The emailed confirmation of your order you receive is automatic and may not reflect our actual stock levels which can fall behind online orders during busy periods.
We double check each order in the office, so if there are any issues with your order we will contact you by telephone or email during office hours.
