If you give either your mobile telephone number and or your email address when you place your order, you will receive a message from our couriers the evening prior to your chosen delivery day informing you of your tracking reference number and a link to be able to track it.

Most of our deliveries are made by our carrier partner DPD. If we have your email address or mobile number, they will normally contact you the day before delivery informing you of your tracking reference number and a link to be able to track it, and again on the day of delivery to confirm a one-hour delivery slot, at which point you will have another opportunity to change the details about where the parcel may be safely left.

In some circumstances, particularly to remote locations, we may use another carrier (such as Royal Mail), so tracking may not always be available.
